We prefer to make artwork changes to ensure that the changes have been made correctly and to meet the regulatory requirements. So often our audit findings are not implemented correctly.
You can do this, but we still charge for changes to artwork because we always spend as long explaining the changes to a 3rd party designer as we do altering the artwork ourselves.

It depends on what the issues are, if they are very similar then there will be some efficiencies that will be reflected in lower costs. We aim to be as cost effective as possible.
