The problem:
Our food label pre-assessment identified that the product packaging was missing a number of required mandatory label elements.

Procedure:
The 4 product labels had full compliance audit carried out and corrections to artwork were applied.

Conclusion:
The Divine Label Compliance Report concluded that the issues represented a risk of delisting or fines based on Trading Standards challenges, consumer claims (allergens), product recalls, de-listing.

Additionally,
we updated and refreshed the label design, creating a stronger brand standout and in overall more product specific unique labels.

Region and country: US / FDA Pet food product label compliance

The problem:
Our food label pre-assessment identified that the product packaging was not in accordance to the US Pet supplement regulation and was not compliant to be sold in that region.

Procedure:
Product packaging had full compliance audit carried out, technical corrections applied and label was updated to be fully compliant and ready for FDA review.

Conclusion:
Product may not be allowed the enter US at customs, product stock being destroyed, rejected by distributer and potential consumer claims if it did reach market.

Solution and corrections:
Work carried out: US/FDA Label compliance audit, product specifics related consultations with client, label layout alterations which were required to ensure compliance of mandatory elements, technical artwork corrections and certification.
